INDICATIONS :
Tobnex-D is used in the treatment of bacterial infections.
USES :
Dexamethasone is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the affected area red, swollen and itchy. Tobramycin is an antibiotic. It stops bacterial growth by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by the bacteria to carry out vital functions.
SIDE EFFECTS :
Eye toxicity, Hypersensitivity, Eyelid itching, Eyelid swelling, Conjunctival edema, Increased intraocular pressure, Optic neuritis, Posterior subcapsular cataract, Delayed wound healing, Secondary infections.
