INDICATIONS :
Silodosin + Solifenacin is used in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
USES :
Silodosin is an alpha-blocker. It works by relaxing the muscles around the bladder exit and prostate gland, so urine is passed more easily. Solifenacin is an antimuscarinic. It works by relaxing muscles of the urinary bladder to prevent frequent, urgent, or uncontrolled urination.
SIDE EFFECTS :
Ejaculation disorder, Headache, Dizziness, Diarrhea, Nasal congestion (stuffy nose), Orthostatic hypotension (sudden lowering of blood pressure on standing), Cognitive disorder.
