Aspirin + Rosuvastatin + Clopidogrel is used for heart attack.
USES :
Aspirin and clopidogrel are antiplatelet medications. They work by preventing the platelets from sticking together and decrease the formation of harmful blood clots. Rosuvastatin is a lipid lowering medication that blocks the body’s ability to produce “bad” cholesterol (LDL) and improves the level of “good” cholesterol (HDL).

- Nosebleeds
- Headache
- Muscle pain
- Diarrhea
- Joint pain
- Sleep disturbance
- Dyspepsia.
