INDICATIONS :
Prucalopride is used in the treatment of constipation. It helps in relieving constipation that is long-lasting or keeps coming back.
USES :
Prucalopride is a selective 5-HT4 receptor agonist that has high intrinsic activity. It indirectly stimulates the release of acetylcholine, a chemical messenger that increases the motility of the intestine and treats even chronic (long-term) constipation very effectively.
SIDE EFFECTS :
Headache, Nausea, Diarrhea, Abdominal pain, Decreased appetite, Dyspepsia, Abnormal gastrointestinal sound, Dizziness, Vomiting, Flatulence, Fatigue.
