Topme Inj is used to treat emergency high blood pressure (hypertensive emergency), angina (heart-related chest pain), irregular heart rhythms (arrhythmia).
SIDE EFFECTS :
- Orthostatic hypotension (sudden lowering of blood pressure on standing)
- Slow heart rate
- Headache
- Dizziness
- Tiredness
- Nausea
- Stomach pain
- Breathlessness
- Itching.
