INDICATIONS :
Cilnidipine + Metoprolol Succinate + Telmisartan is used in the treatment of Hypertension (high blood pressure).
USES :
Cilnidipine, Metoprolol and Telmisartan. They work by different mechanisms to provide better control of blood pressure when single or dual therapy is not effective. Cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker (CCB) and telmisartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB). They work by widening and relaxing the blood vessels, thereby lowering blood pressure. Metoprolol is a beta blocker that works specifically on the heart to slow down the heart rate.
SIDE EFFECTS :
- Nausea
- Taste change
- Constipation
- Diarrhea
- Headache
- Dizziness
- Weakness
- Ankle swelling
- Flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck and trunk)
- Edema (swelling)
- Increased potassium level in blood,
- Slow heart rate
- Numbness of extremity
- Cold extremities
- Decreased blood pressure.
