INDICATIONS :
Repaglinide is used for the management of Type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults, as an adjunct to diet and exercise and sometimes with other drugs for diabetes like metformin.
USES :
Repaglinide is an anti-diabetic medication. It increases the amount of insulin released by the pancreas which prevents blood glucose from rising very high after meals.
SIDE EFFECTS :
- Upper respiratory tract infection
- Hypoglycemia (low blood glucose level)
- Headache.
